Meet Luba
Luba Makarevich moved to America with her family in 1990. She started beauty college in 1993, finished in 1994, and opened her nail business in Broad Ripple that same year.
Today she works on her own inside HairQuarters. Some clients have been coming back for more than 25 years. She likes getting to know them and taking the time each appointment needs. She speaks English and Russian.
